Skill Trainers are one the shop NPC types. And a skill trainer is the answer of how to but new skill in Neosaurs game.
Skill trainers upgrade Neosaurs' skill levels and acquire new skills to your Neosaur.
In each town in Sauria, there are are three Skill Trainers. Each of the tree skill trainers are for different Neosaurus class.
This means if your dinosour is from Rex class you can to goto any town and find the Rex skill trainer in that town.
Every town has a Rex skill trainer, Cera skill trainer and a Ptera skill trainer.
Be sure that you are talking with the correct skill trainer for your Neosaurs class.
There is an exception for the skill trainer for dinos under skill level 10.
All Neosaurs with skill level less than 10 should contact to skill trainer Didi who is the Baby Skill Trainer in Sauria in Naosaurs game.

Of course before you get in contact with your class skill trainer, you must be sure that your Neosaur has reached the skill level for the skill you want to buy. For example you can not buy Cranial Blast skill which belongs to skill level 4 for your dino when it is still in skill level 2. You must first reach the maximum points of skill level 2, then upgrade your skills to skill level 3.
When you are in the same skill level, then you must also be sure that you have enough gold to pay the price of that skill.
Each skill has a price to pay if you want to buy that skill.
When you have completed the prerequirements (skill level and enough gold to pay the price), you can talk to the skill trainers and learn the skill from them.
Visit the skill trainer in the town.
Click the skill trainer.
Chose Skill Shop from menu.
Select the skill among listed skills.
Click Learn buton to buy the new skill.
