vs_ultimate.exe Incorrect Function during Visual Studio 2012 Installation

I got vs_ultimate.exe Incorrect function. error during Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate setup is started.

I download Visual Studio 2012 free trial edition. I mount the .iso image file VS2012_ULT_enu.iso and executed vs_ultimate.exe file with administrator permissions on my Windows 7 SP1 computer.

Although I've previously installed Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate with Blend edition on my home PC, this time unfortunately I could not install VS2012 at my office laptop. I also checked the CRC and SHA1 hash values of the .iso file, and all are correct. So the Visual Studio 2012 download file is not corrupted.

I could not find a resolution to this problem at first. But later I decided not to mount setup file as a new drive.
My workaround that I can share with you is to extract the .iso setup file VS2012_ULT_enu.iso into a local folder.
After extraction of the Visual Studio 2012 setup image file to the local folder is completed, I executed vs_ultimate.exe manually and managed to install Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate edition on my office computer running Windows 7 successfully.
