Scripting Icon Missing in SAP Screen Personas Flavor

After SAP Screen Personas flavor is locked and unlock flavor on Personas toolbar fails, missing Scripting icons as well as Themes and Flavor Management icons can occur preventing editing flavors by developer and editors. In such cases deleting lock entry on the Personas flavor using SAP SM12 transaction gives the best result.

Scripting icon as well as other control icons like Themes and Flavor management icons are all missing as seen in following screenshot.

When I checked th Personas kernel information, the SAP Screen Personas version is 3.03 (Kernel 745_REL Partch 313)

On SAP GUI, I launch SAP Screen Personas 3.0 Administrator transaction /PERSONAS/ADMIN or /PERSONAS/FLAVORS tcode and use Flavor Maintenance screens, I could display the related flavor details.
But when I switch to Change mode from Display mode, I got following error message indicating that the Personas flavor is locked by an SAP user.
Although I thought that the reason of missing icons on the SAP Screen Personas flavor menu might be a possible locked status of the flavor, this transaction and below message guaranteed that the real problem is the flavor lock issue.

If some control buttons (like Scripting, Themes, Flavor management, etc) are missing on the Personas flavor menu bar, the cause can be the flavored locked by an SAP user as in my case.

To resolve the lock entry on the SAP Personas flavor, I'll use SM12 (Select Lock Entries) SAP transacation code.

On SAP SM12 transaction code screen, provide "/PERSONAS/FLAVOR" in the table name input textbox.
You can enter the user name who is locking the flavor in user name textbox.

Press List button to display the locks on the SAP Screen Personas flavors, so among listed lock entries, you can select the related lock entry.

As seen in below screenshot, select the related SAP Personas flavor lock, highlight it.
Then press the "delete" icon from top menu to delete lock entry from /PERSONAS/FLAVOR table preventing the SAP Screen Personas editor to edit the flavor or scripts of the flavor.
