MS SQL Server 2008 Setup requires .NET Framework 3.5 to be installed. But letting the wizard to complete the setup of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (Beta) failed. So I downloaded the MS Framework 3.5 SP1 (Beta) from Microsoft Downloads site and installed it myself.
