Hello all,
I have been recently listening audio books from
Brian Tracy
. I had his audio book "
21 Ways To Double Your Productivity
" and I liked it much.
In his explanations for one of the 21 ways of doubling one's productivity, he has mentioned about a rule named "
6 P Rule : Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance
"
Actually this is a well known issue but I hav not heard this formulation of the explanation which is quite powerful to explain the idea behind.
I later learnt that there are some other forms of the 6P rule.
Here is the 6 P rule combinations
Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance
Prior Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance
Proper Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance
Choose the one you like.
Please do not confuse the 6-P rule with 6-Sigma
