In my CTI application developed by using HiPath ProCenter (HPPC) 7.0 SDK, while implementing DIAL functionality, I get the following error message.
"The server threw an exception."
And stack trace points to HiPathProCenterLibrary.IVoiceCall5.Dial(String From, String To)
This is where an agent makes an outbound call which means makes a phone call dialing a customer's telephone number
