I created CR file (.rpt) into CR 2008 Designer. Then I added one flash file into this newly created CR file. Now I want to integrate ths CR file with the VS 2008 (Windows Form) application. How can I do it?
Please, help if have any idea.

Did you check the exact installation version of Crystal Report on your development computer?

If you are using the Crystal Reports add-in that comes default with Visual Studio 2008 (VS2008) that is installing the Crystal Reports 10

You can check the assebly folder in your Windows system folder.
Crystal Reports 12 has the Flash support for VS2008 as far as I know.

I have downloaded the Crystal Reports 2008 Evaluation edition from Crystal Reports 2008 Evaluation Download and installed that on to my laptop.


Now I have the Crystal Reports 12 within Visual Studio 2008.

I read somewhere that Crystal Reports 2008 SP0 (Service Pack 0) is solving Flash related problems. I'm not sure about that but you can think about downloading and installing the CR2008 SP0 from Business Objects Crystal Reports Service Packs.

By the way can you confirm me that your problem is not related with the XCELSIUS model in CR2008.
